- Develop and execute strategies to increase internet lead volume by 30%.
- Manage, train, and motivate the internet sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Oversee the effective use of Elead CRM to improve lead tracking, follow-up, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance our online presence and digital advertising ROI.
