The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator - RFQ’s to support the sales organisation by managing the administration and coordination of customer RFQs and tenders, both locally and internationally.

This role plays a key part in helping the business increase RFQ win rates by ensuring tender submissions are well organised, competitive and aligned with operational capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders including air and ocean product teams, helping to gather pricing, service solutions and operational input required for competitive tender responses.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a commercial, fast-paced logistics environment and has strong organisational and coordination skills.
