Job Description

Summary

The purpose of the Front Desk Customer Service Representative role is to handle inbound calls and engage with customers on behalf of the company.  This includes providing customers with information regarding products and services, addressing questions and complaints, supporting the Customer Service team with processing orders and returns, and maintaining/ordering office related supplies. The position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements

·         High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

·         Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service role

 

Knowledge, Skills, and abilities

·         Customer service principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

·         Understanding of applicable computer and software applications

·         High level of professionalism

·         Working knowledge of CRM systems and practices

·         Proficient computer skills

 

Essential Job Functions

·         Manages incoming phone calls

·         Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support/information on products or services.

·         Maintains knowledge of customer products.

·         Provides introductory information to new customers.

·         Responds promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.

·         Effectively problem-solve customer issues or complaints and resolve them quickly.

·         Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests.

·         Communicates and coordinates with all internal stakeholders.

·         Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

·         Communicates with customers or clients about additional products or services.

·         Maintains customer database (CRM).

·         Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions.

·         All other duties as assigned

Schedule and Benefits

Pay:           $17.50/hr 

Benefits:   Health Benefits Begin 1st of the month following 60 days

Schedule:  Frontier Distributing, Inc.’s Operating hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm M-F
