MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditioning repairs to the facilities equipment and systems in manner effective for ongoing business operations, without interruption to the guest.
- Perform inspections of equipment and systems as needed to identify problems or issues.
- Consult blueprints, building plans, vendor and preventative maintenance agreements to identify best solutions to resolve systems or equipment issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
- Communicate consistently with team to ensure sharing of knowledge and status, document as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain inventory of supplies.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals.
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems preferred.
Requirements
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Oregon State issued driver’s license and a clean driving record for 4+ years,
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, work at heights, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
- Able to work cohesively with a team and take direction,
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently,
- Position is subject to prolonged periods of standing and walking,
- Must be able to read/write/speak English.
