Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, staging, dance floors, and décor
- Ensure all meeting and event spaces are arranged with precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Break down and reset rooms quickly and efficiently following events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, storage rooms, and service corridors
- Assist in transporting equipment, furniture, and supplies throughout the property
- Work closely with banquet servers, captains, and event managers to ensure smooth execution of events
- Respond promptly to last-minute changes or guest requests during events
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel operational standards
Qualifications:
- Previous banquet, hospitality, or event setup experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (tables, chairs, equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup diagrams and instructions
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
