- Communications: Manages the school's main phone line and general email; assists with school correspondence as necessary.
- Supply Management: Monitors inventory and coordinates the ordering and distribution of supplies for the office and instructional staff.
- Substitute Coordination: Assists the Principal in managing daily staff absences and welcoming substitute teachers to the building.
- Registration: Facilitates the enrollment and withdrawal process, including the collection of residency verification and Illinois-mandated health records.
- Attendance: Monitors daily attendance, processes late arrivals/early dismissals, and maintains accurate records in the Student Information System.
- Filing & Data: Maintains digital and physical filing systems, ensuring "Cumulative Folders" are updated and transferred securely according to state law.
