Cost Management & Monthly Cost Closing Activities at HO level:
Verify actual bookings against the bill of materials (BOM) for plants.
Review and update standard BOMs to align with actual consumption patterns for a defined plant.
Checking & updating of each (semi-finished goods) SFG & (finished goods) FG material in all Plants.
Review the cost of material, Releasing Standard cost.
Ensure correct process order booking and maintain MIS data for new material additions.
Checking moisture booking at regular intervals.
Create cost collectors for new FG and SFG to release costs for new materials.
Create cost centres for new depots and new development material.
Update NCV (Net Calorific Value) and fuel booking records as required by the plant.
Summarize monthly production data including, power usage, and running hours, monthly and YTD.
Checking and execution of monthly cost closure run activities.
Core member of CO team, representing upgradation activities of S4 HANA implementation.
Budgeting:
Responsible for accuracy of budgeted cost runs- plant wise, product wise and consolidated level.
Support in budget preparation and closing process to finalise the cost and comparison with CY-YTD.
