Job Description:
Objective
Plan, coordinate, and execute construction and facilities improvement projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role is responsible for the integration of infrastructure and services required to ensure operational continuity and sustainable organizational growth, delivering projects on time and within the approved budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and facilities projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project schedules, costs, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal plant stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of MEP infrastructure (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Review, approve, and release construction and engineering documentation.
- Conduct internal project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to improve project efficiency.
- Develop solutions focused on energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to facilities and infrastructure.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required).
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction projects and/or facilities project coordination.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience using MS Project or similar project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management, Budget Control, and Construction Management.
- Experience in Structural Analysis and MEP Infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, costs, and multidisciplinary teams.
