Company Description:

As an experienced Cabinet Installer, you will perform skilled and semi-skilled cabinetry work to construct and install custom storage systems such as closets, media, wine bar systems, offices and other spaces in residential and commercial settings.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to work in various inside and outside environments.
  • Read and interpret CAD blueprints.
  • Inspect product for damages or defects.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member.
  • Maintain professionalism and always uphold our White Glove Service standard within client homes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this Installer role would likely possess the following qualifications:

  • Certificate, diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) year previous cabinetry skills required.
  • Minimum two (2) years previous customer service experience.
  • Must maintain valid class 5 drivers’ license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, reach, stop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.
  • Experience with common hand/power tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and to follow direction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multi-taking, and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and possess the ability to learn internal computer programs.
  • Ability to work designated hours, extra hours during peak periods, with occasional overnight travel.
  • All offers made are contingent upon a successful criminal record check.

 

Additional Information:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday Shift 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
  • Hourly pay with overtime opportunities
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days
  • Benefits after 3 months: Dental, health spending account and extended health care
  • Pay: Starting wage from $26.50 - wage negotiable based on experience
