Position Overview

The EMEA Recruiter will play a key role in building a world-class team at Accuris by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across the region. Based in Gdansk, this role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers across global teams, and ensuring a consistently positive and seamless candidate experience from first contact through offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, direct search, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems, providing data-driven insights and regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media communications, to promote Accuris as an employer of choice.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience that reflects the Accuris culture and values.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a global and technical environment.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
