We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our Rural Health Clinic and provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to a close-knit community. This role requires strong clinical judgment, independence, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management. Perform patient assessments, physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. Manage a diverse patient population across age groups and clinical presentations Prescribe medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations and clinic protocols. Perform minor procedures within scope of practice. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation. Provide patient and family education, care coordination, and discharge planning. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team member. Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety initiatives. Meet productivity, documentation, and time management expectations appropriate for a rural health setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state Idaho.
-National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA, as applicable)
-Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
