The Opportunity
The Senior Electrical Engineer serves as a technical authority responsible for leading complex electrical system designs that support Integra Mission Critical’s modular data centers, full-scale construction projects, and integrated power and cooling infrastructure. This role provides advanced technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, and ensures electrical solutions meet performance, safety, reliability, and quality standards across the product lifecycle.
What you will do?
- Lead complex electrical design, analysis, and review activities for mission-critical infrastructure and engineered products.
- Develop, maintain, and support electrical design standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership in resolving high-level electrical, system integration, and performance issues.
- Support field activities including testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Mentor and guide Electrical Engineers and Engineers-in-Training (EITs), supporting technical growth and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Mechanical, Controls, Manufacturing, Construction, and Field Service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Evaluate technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical design methods, tools, and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in electrical power systems, distribution, and mission-critical infrastructure design.
- Strong technical judgment and decision-making capability in complex engineering environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading complex or large-scale electrical design projects, preferably in data centers, industrial, or infrastructure environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline required.
Advanced coursework or graduate studies in electrical power systems preferred.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Additional certifications related to power systems, safety, or commissioning considered an asset.
