Summary
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Clinical Psychology Program.
Essential Functions
1. Performs administrative/clerical functions in support of the Clinical Psychology program by:
Assist the program director.
Arrange classrooms for classes, ensure that faculty is assigned to courses and all courses scheduled in a timely manner, and put in the database.
Manage Clinical Psychology’s paperless filing system with direction from the Director.
Assist with maintaining Time2Track information system about internship.
Maintain the list of internship sites.
Distribute to students all necessary handbooks, forms and information as directed by the Program Director.
Assist the program director with end-of-course evaluations, Adjunct Contracts, faculty onboarding, and various legal documents for the Clinical Psychology Program.
Assigning faculty advisors to all new Clinical Psychology students.
Archiving and uploading all course syllabi on the SharePoint site three times a year during first two weeks of the semester and after approval from Program Director.
Update faculty and student contact lists.
Order psychological testing materials.
Track graduate assistant timesheets.
Assist with student course evaluations.
2. Manages data collection for Clinical Psychology Program by:
Maintain the Clinical Psychology Program database on the ShareDrive. Maintain the students’ files.
Retain data from students and build a positive relationship with alumni to obtain surveys and feedback.
3. Support with maintenance of the budget & records with direction of the Clinical Psychology Program Director:
Review and purchase of office supply.
Handle requisitions through workday.
4. Events of the Clinical Psychology Program:
Assist in preparation of the “Back to University Orientation” in the Fall.
Order food.
Arrange for room.
Assist with the SIMEX Day and the Clinical Psychology students.
Assist with other specific events.
Requirements/Qualifications
Must have a Bachelors degree in any field of study.
0-3 years of experience of work.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 Access, (Excel & Word); SharePoint and other computer software.
