Blessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advancement Department Administrative Assistant to support fundraising, events, and community engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Advancement Office
- Process donations and maintain donor records
- Assist with fundraising campaigns and donor communications
- Help plan and execute school events
- Support alumni and community outreach efforts
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; database experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education
This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours for events.
