Job Description

The Media Buyer, Integrated Investment, is responsible for the strategic evaluation and execution of diverse media channels, including print, out-of-home (OOH), sponsorships, and traditional broadcast (TV, Radio, and Cable). This role ensures that all media schedules are optimized for performance and delivered with the highest quality to meet specific client objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Media Activation & Negotiation: Evaluate, negotiate, and activate media buys across multiple vendors to align with overarching marketing goals.
  • Campaign Stewardship: Oversee flawless execution of media placements while maintaining rigorous stewardship standards and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data against established success metrics to ensure maximum ROI for the client.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Assist with developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries related to strategic investments.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage vendor invoicing processes as required to ensure administrative accuracy.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving market trends and technological advancements within the media landscape.
  • Relationship Management: Foster positive, professional relationships both externally with media vendors and internally across agency departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in broadcast activation or media buying.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of broadcast marketing concepts, industry best practices, and media math.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and data analysis.
