Due to the advancement of one of our current employees, HEMC is accepting applications for a Maintenance and Materials Associate.

The Maintenance and Materials Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, and distributing materials and supplies in support of Cooperative activities. Receives and posts materials into inventory utilizing a computerized inventory management system. Monitors all material items to ensure proper stock levels are kept. Assists and provides back-up to the Facilities Manager with general maintenance and facilities needs, including regular and preventive maintenance for the Cooperative's buildings, mechanical and electrical systems and assigned maintenance equipment. Operates warehouse and other company equipment in a safe manner and in compliance with company standards and manufacturer's instructions. Directly supports Habersham EMC, Trailwave Fiber, and/or affiliated organizations.
