Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is hiring an 11PM-7AM Working Nursing Supervisor (RN)! Our facility at Springside is a top-rated state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent a complete renovation. Our experienced staffs of compassionate caregivers, therapists, clinical experts, and dietary personnel are focused on one goal: providing an exceptional experience for our residents and patients. Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:
- Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
- Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:
- Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
- Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
- Manage staffing changes
- Support family inquiries and screen visitors
- Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
- Ensure high quality resident/patient care
- Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
