We’re currently looking for a Superintendent living in the Lincoln NE area to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced commercial ground-up Superintendent. Experience in building fast paced, quick turn around projects in the fuel/petroleum, retail, or restaurant industry is highly desired.


Nation wide travel is required and projects located near where you reside is not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work meets safety, schedule, quality, and budget goals
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and client reps to resolve conflicts and align with project specs and codes
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure scopes are understood and executed properly
  • Maintain accurate daily job reports, purchase orders, job site photos, and time logs
  • Facilitate weekly safety meetings and participate in incident investigations when necessary
  • Conduct site housekeeping, equipment oversight, and tool management
  • Lead project close-out efforts, including punch list completion, red-line drawings, and warranty submissions
  • Mentor field staff including Project Engineers, Foremen, and Carpenters

  • Projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Job sites are clean, secure, and operating efficiently each day
  • Clear communication is maintained with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Subcontractors meet quality standards, schedules, and contract expectations
  • Accurate reporting and documentation is submitted daily and proactively
  • You’re seen as a trusted leader on-site and a reliable problem-solver
  • You actively contribute to a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:

  • Based in or near Lincoln, NE
  • Willing to travel nationwide once local projects are complete (return trips home twice per month or as project allows)
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial ground-up construction
  • Knowledgeable in Divisions 1–16; petroleum/fuel station or restaurant construction experience highly desired
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and construction methods
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • Capable of physical labor on-site: lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., stand/walk for long periods
