The Marketing Science team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals.

Responsibilities

External facing responsibilities:

  • Executing and owning measurement frameworks, including defining KPIs, attribution methodology, and reporting cadence in alignment with client business goals
  • Production of campaign reports and analyses according to measurement plans
  • Development and maintenance of dashboards in Tableau
  • On-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate
  • Development of observations and actionable insights around campaign results for both campaign reporting & quarterly business reviews
  • Data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks
  • Presenting reports and proposals to clients during weekly, monthly, & quarterly calls

 

Internal facing responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with the Planning and Investment teams to translate business questions into clear measurement approaches and analytics solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through dashboard automation and process optimization
  • Manage and prioritize analytical requests across competing deadlines and client needs
  • Keep in front of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging measurement methodologies through ongoing training and self-directed learning

Required Skills

  • Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI analysis
  • Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
  • Hands-on experience with ad reporting platforms (Amazon, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok), ad serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360), and Tableau

 

  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical teams
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze, model, and interpret large datasets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills with the ability to frame strategic and operational issues clearly and drive them to resolution
  • Comfortably operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with a high degree of organization and follow-through
  • Familiarity with test design and methodology (A/B, incrementality, multi-cell) is desirable, but not required

Education and Experience

  • A university degree and 1+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
  • Experience supporting client-facing reporting presentations
  • Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range
$45,000$75,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
