JOB SUMMARY
Performs routine assembly operations using equipment and automated machinery. Responsible for producing, inspecting, packing, and labeling products.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs more than one assembly process within any automated CCM-TN facility
- Prepare and loads WIP material into automated stations for robotic assembly
- Inspects quality of in-process or finished goods
- Moves parts and materials from place to place within the production area
- Works at different booths or stations as production needs require
- Learn all processes related to running final assembly, leak test and pressure decay, labeling and pack out, or automated igniter assembly, depending on area assigned
- Cleans up automated cell and production equipment as needed

Requirements
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
- Six months of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
- Eligible to possess explosives under the Safe Explosives Act of 2003 (as amended) as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF)
- Willing to work in an environment that requires a “Safety First” attitude. Must obey all Safety, Health & Environmental rules/regulations prescribed by regulatory agencies that are incorporated into company policy
- Ability read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process specifications
- Will be required to take an aptitude assessment
- Computer operating skills
- On the job training will be required
PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to handle energetic and non-energetic material
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
