Emerald Coast Retreats is seeking a polished, detail-driven Quality & Presentation Manager to help uphold the exceptional standards our homeowners and guests expect. This role is essential to preserving the elevated experience that defines our brand.

 

As a Quality & Presentation Manager, you will conduct comprehensive inspections of our vacation residences to ensure each home reflects impeccable presentation, flawless functionality, and strict adherence to company standards. From verifying that high-touch items such as remotes, fixtures, cabinetry, and appliances operate seamlessly, to confirming that every promised amenity is in place and perfectly staged, your eye for detail will directly impact the guest experience.

You will also address minor maintenance items when identified and promptly communicate larger repair needs to the appropriate departments, ensuring swift resolution and continuity of excellence.

 

SIGN-ON BONUS

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.

  • $250 will be paid on your first paycheck.
  • $250 will be paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus payments are subject to standard payroll taxes and require the employee to be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to properties within your assigned territory

  • Conduct detailed inspections for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards

  • Perform minor maintenance repairs as needed

  • Identify and report larger maintenance concerns with clear documentation

  • Prepare residences for guest and homeowner arrivals, ensuring a luxury-ready presentation

  • Oversee property inventory, staging, and aesthetic alignment with brand standards

  • Deliver requested items to guests promptly and professionally

 

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication

 

Schedule

This is a full-time position based in Panama City Beach, FL.

  • Workdays: Sunday through Saturday

  • Schedule based on business needs

  • Weekend availability required
