Northern Lights Rehab & Long Term Care is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our therapy team and residents.

Schedule
• 5–10 hours per week
• Flexible schedule
• In-person preferred
• Telehealth may be considered

Pay
• $36–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Start Date
• ASAP

Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services under OT supervision
• Follow established treatment plans
• Document care accurately and timely
• Work collaboratively with therapy and nursing teams
• Promote resident independence and safety

Requirements
• Active North Dakota COTA license
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and team oriented
