Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care

Full-Time & Casual/PRN Opportunities

 

About the Role

HealthSource Saginaw (HSS) is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to residents with chronic medical conditions, complex needs, and rehabilitation goals—building meaningful, long-term relationships with those you serve.

 

Sign-On Bonuses

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Night Shift
  • $7,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Day Shift

 

Scheduling Options

  • Shifts Available:
    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
    • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Employment Options: Full-Time, Casual/PRN and On-Call

 

Casual Float Pay Tiers

  • Tier 1: $43.00/hour
  • Tier 2: $48.00/hour
  • Tier 3: $45.50/hour
  • Paid On-Call
