About the Role
HealthSource Saginaw (HSS) is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to residents with chronic medical conditions, complex needs, and rehabilitation goals—building meaningful, long-term relationships with those you serve.
Sign-On Bonuses
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Night Shift
- $7,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Day Shift
Scheduling Options
- Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Employment Options: Full-Time, Casual/PRN and On-Call
Casual Float Pay Tiers
- Tier 1: $43.00/hour
- Tier 2: $48.00/hour
- Tier 3: $45.50/hour
- Paid On-Call

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Detail-oriented, flexible, patient-focused, and compassionate
- Physical examination
- Drug screening
- Background check
