Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $16.49/hour

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Worker

  • Perform basic grounds-keeping duties such as mowing, trimming, raking, watering, planting, and weed control.
  • Assist with caring for parking lots, walkways, and landscaped areas.
  • Handle seasonal needs including snow/ice removal and debris cleanup.
  • Maintain and operate grounds equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, sprinklers, etc.).
  • Support minor sprinkler repairs and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
  • Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned to support WBH facilities.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate common grounds-keeping tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable performing physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Must follow basic safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.
