Position Overview:

The LightBox Data Solutions Program Manager is responsible for the definition, management, and delivery of LightBox professional service programs for LightBox data solutions customers.  The LightBox Data Solutions Program Manager defines and delivers professional service offerings that accelerate LightBox product adoption and value through product onboarding, training, consulting, integration, and customization services.

What you will do and achieve:

• Become the subject matter expert on data solutioning capabilities.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of LightBox data assets and infrastructure.
• Partner with LightBox product and selling teams to define professional service programs that can be packaged and bundled with LightBox product offerings.
• Partner with LightBox selling teams to deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations of LightBox offerings and service programs.   Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that contractually define the scope of services and pricing to the customer.
• Assemble and lead a team of data engineers in the delivery of LightBox professional service programs.   Provide project management governance which includes project planning, issue management, risk management, and status.
• Lead the lifecycle of a professional service program.   From lead generation to final customer acceptance.

Who you are:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, or similar discipline.  
• MBA is a plus.

Experience

• Possess 4+ years’ experience at a B2B data company in product management, data engineering, customer success or professional services.
• Possess 2+ years’ GIS related project management experience leading customer programs.

Key Knowledge & Skills

• Outstanding organization, communication (verbal, written, presentation), analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record performing in dynamic environments and managing multiple, extremely varied tasks with tight deadlines.
• Ability to maneuver around / over internal and external obstacles to achieve goals.
• Highly valued technical experience includes GIS, data science, API integration.

Other Desirable Attributes

• PMP Certification a plus

• Flexible to travel periodically.
