Retail Services team members are at the heart of the guest experience. Their workdays are spent indoors assisting guests with retail products and services while creating a fun, informative, and efficient atmosphere. From helping guests find the right snowboard, skateboard, scooter, BMX, or mountain bike products to answering questions about resort offerings, they play a key role in ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable visit. No task is too small—Retail Services staff step up wherever needed to support guests and the overall operation.

While every day is different and responsibilities may shift based on business needs, here are some of the tasks you can expect in this role as a Retail Services team member:
Assist guests with retail products and provide recommendations based on their needs
Process transactions including retail purchases, lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and lessons
Provide accurate and helpful information in person and over the phone
Maintain knowledge of retail products, mountain terrain, and resort services
Support lost and found operations and general guest inquiries
Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail space
Promote resort offerings and enhance the guest experience
We’re looking for Retail Services team members who can:
Deliver excellent guest service in a high-volume environment
Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and teammates
Demonstrate strong sales awareness and product knowledge
Work well with the public, even in busy or stressful situations
Use basic computer systems and point-of-sale technology
Stay informed about products, services, and resort operations
Work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
