Job Description

Description

The working foreman is responsible for safety and production on the jobsite. They have the competency to complete all tasks and the ability to delegate specific tasks to crew members keeping the job moving. 

Requirements

  • Valid Unrestricted CDL A Driver’s license
  • MA Hydraulics, RI Hydraulics License (preferred)
  • Current OSHA 10 Certification (preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience operating heavy equipment/CDL A driving preferred
  • Tri Axle Experience
  • Must be able to work any shift
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 25% of time, including overnight(s)

What we expect

Job Description

The Equipment Operator is responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of company equipment as well as manual labor needed to support the construction operations of Phoenix Communication as well as, ongoing commitment to deliver outstanding service, sustainable sales growth and financial profitability.

 

A CDL A Driver is responsible for day to day driving of company equipment as well as manual labor needed to support the construction operations of Phoenix Communications Inc. as well as ongoing commitment to deliver outstanding service, sustainable sales growth and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Hauling equipment to and from job sites
  • Hauling Spoils offsite
  • Delivering asphalt to site
  • Operating and maintaining mini-excavators and backhoes
  • Experience in running skid steers
  • Excavating job sites
  • Knowledge of material yardage and asphalt tonnage
  • Drive and perform manual labor as required
