Job Description

Answer phone calls, create service tickets, troubleshoot and diagnose issues via walk-in, phone, or e-mail. Setup WiFi, printers, and computers. Setup media equipment including projectors, screens, and speakers. Support classroom technology. Assist with the Information Technology department's winter projects.
