    • Monitor process flow, work-in-progress, and staffing levels to balance workload and adjust priorities as needed.
    Safety, Compliance & Quality
    • Lead by example with a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and chemical handling practices.
    • Ensure technicians are trained and compliant with chemical safety, hazardous material handling, and cleanroom protocols.

    People Leadership & Development
    • Hire, onboard, train, and develop technicians; maintain current training and skill matrices for assigned processes.
    • Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to technicians.
    • Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, corrective action, and recognition.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
    Scheduling & Administrative Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain work schedules, break coverage, and overtime planning for assigned shift.
    • Accurately document production metrics, training completion, and performance-related information using site systems (ERP/MRP, spreadsheets, reports).
    • Participate in shift handoff communication to ensure continuity of operations.
    Continuous Improvement
    • Support and participate in Lean, 6S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives within the services operation.
    • Drive efficiency, cycle-time reduction, and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.
