Job Description

Quality Inspector

Your responsibilities

Performs surveillance of deliveries from suppliers to meet set quality standards

  • Performs evaluation on potential plate workshops, machine shops and foundries on a quantitative and qualitative basis in order to secure each company's human and mechanical capability

  • Performs adequate inspection at Fuller's suppliers to ensure that quality standards are met

  • Provides prompt effective assistance to all internal departments where knowledge of manufacturing and inspection is needed

  • Supervises suppliers during manufacturing so they understand Fuller specifications, and in order to avoid problems during production

  • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Machinery, Electronics, Welding, Material Bound of experiences correlated to welding, casting, machining and assembly.

  • Be competent for quality control and troubleshooting. Over 3 years working experience in a mechanical manufacturing production environment. Have practices/experience for welding, casting, machining and assembly quality control or inspection of heavy machinery equipment.

  • Able to travel to our suppliers all over China, in combination with working from home.

  • At least one year of quality control or management experience. Good English language skills in reading, writing & verbal.

  • Good computer skills of MS Word, Excel, PPT.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and procedure for ISO9001, HSE system and industry standards. Experience in working in international teams and intercultural understanding is preferable.
