About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the Construction industry. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Your main objective will be to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization, while also driving growth and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the Construction industry
  • CPA or CFA certification

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, and monitor financial performance against targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

As the CFO, you will utilize your executive presence and leadership skills to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your strategic planning and execution skills will be critical in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive growth and profitability. Your analytical problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying and mitigating financial risks, while your ability to develop strategic profit models will help to optimize financial performance. You will also use your expertise in measuring organizational performance, managing financial risk, financial governance, and strategic cost management to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
