Executive Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time)
Location: Southfield, MI (In-Office)
Schedule: 3–4 days per week
Duration: 4–12 weeks (temporary coverage)

Position Overview
SEE Eyewear is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide temporary support to three company owners during a leave of absence.
This role is critical in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the executives run efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate complex, frequently changing calendars for three executives
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the executives as appropriate
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Assist with personal and professional errands as needed
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and dining reservations
  • Provide ongoing administrative support and ensure executives remain organized and on schedule
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address scheduling or logistical challenges
  • Maintain consistent communication and be available by phone during working hours

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
