Overview
Education
- High School Education (Required)
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- Experience with Epic, including Epic-related laboratory integrations.
- Strong knowledge of HL7-based system integrations.
- Experience supporting or implementing Epic Cheers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
- Experience working with laboratory middleware systems (e.g., 4Medica or similar).
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in healthcare, laboratory services, or clinical IT environments strongly preferred.
