Missions



  • Manage cross-BG training administration following OPmobility HR annual process cycle.

  • Lead the training needs collection in LMS/LXP, according to the annual training plan process

  • Plan and organize the training sessions in LMS/LXP, based on the needs of the sites/countries and register the attendance.

  • Rationalize the training costs by mutualizing the supplier base, the resources, the costs and get funding from local or governmental institutions

  • Monitor training effectiveness and efficiency, make it available for sites, countries and audits, record the data in ENABLON according to the Group campaigns.


 


Activities



  • Training Plan coordination 

    • Manage the opening and closure of each country training plan, to allow sites to collect the needs during the annual Development Review.

    • Communicate to the Managers on the Training Plan/Dev. Review and oversee the usage and completion rate.

    • Advise the Managers in their training priorities and integrate site or/and country priorities in the training plans by discussing with the leadership team.

    • Integrate the global training campaign given by the Region or the Group in the Training plans of the sites.

    • Coordinate the arbitration phase by the sites, fostering discussion between HR LM/TM and the Managers.




 



  • Cross-site and cross-countries training sessions organization

    • Organize the training sessions across the sites and countries (from the Training plans and out of it) by mutualizing the resources.

    • Register the participants to the mandatory training campaigns, monitor the completion rate and take necessary actions if needed.

    • Record the training sessions and attendance in LMS/LXP, in accordance with ISO and IATF requirements.

    • Assign the learning platform licenses to the learners, oversee the usage and optimize the license batch usage.

    • Manage the accreditations and certifications assignment and renewal, at country and country cluster level, optimizing the timing and costs.

    • Rationalize the training costs by mutualizing the resources, the cluster supplier base and get funding and subsidiaries from local or governmental institutions




 



  • Monitor training effectiveness and efficiency

    • Monitor training effectiveness and efficiency, consolidate the learning KPI, share it with sites, countries and region, during internal and external audits (ISO, IATF, HSE, OEM…) upon request.

    • Record the training activity in ENABLON, according to the Group campaigns; twice a year (internal/external hours, external costs…)




 



  • Train and assist sites in the usage of the LMS/LXP

    • Organize and deliver regular webinars to train the HR Training Leaders/Managers on the LMS/LPX

    • Organize and deliver specific training according to the internal/external audits findings.

    • Provide the Region with feedback on the LMS/LXP user experience, bugs, improvement proposals.




 


Competences requirements



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field

  • Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in training organization and  administration.

  • Knowledge of pedagogical fundamentals, adult learning principles as well as training effectiveness monitoring

  • High experience in MyLearningPlace back-office

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Strong collaboration skills. Ability to work in complex/ matrix organization and to establish relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
