Job Description

The Role

As our Head of Sales & Revenue, you'll own the full commercial strategy across all AIRE locations globally. This is not a purely sales role — it's an operator's mindset position. You'll read real capacity across each centre, connect it to market demand, and pull the right levers — pricing, channel, promotion, team — to maximise revenue at every window of time.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary commercial team (CC Manager, B2B Manager, and Sales Analyst) and work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Digital to ensure strategy translates into real execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Planning & Execution

  • Define and execute the quarterly commercial plan with breakdown by channel and centre, including clear targets and regular performance reviews

  • Analyse the productive capacity of each centre and translate it into realistic, actionable sell-out objectives

  • Connect the dots between Operations, Marketing, and Digital to ensure the commercial strategy has real execution support

Channel Management

  • Revenue: analyse occupancy, demand, and channel mix to maximise revenue per available slot, with ongoing forecast review and tactical decision-making

  • Pricing: define and update pricing policy by channel, centre, and season, ensuring competitiveness and consistency across all points of sale

  • Contact Center: oversee inbound conversion, ensuring agents have updated sales scripts, training, and commercial targets

  • B2B: develop corporate client relationships and define the value proposition for this segment

  • Front Desk: align the on-site point of sale with the commercial strategy, defining clear upselling protocols in coordination with Operations

  • OTAs & New Channels: manage platform relationships, optimise presence, price parity and conditions to maximise channel performance

Who We Are Looking For

  • 8–10 years of experience in commercial roles of increasing responsibility

  • Proven track record managing multiple business units or points of sale simultaneously, each with different market dynamics

  • Hands-on knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing in perishable or capacity-constrained environments

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary commercial teams across direct, indirect and digital channels

  • Professional level of English

  • Background in hospitality, attractions, events, transport or any sector where unsold inventory expires is a strong plus
