Job Description
Position Summary
Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T), a fast-growing firm, specializes in IT/Digital Modernization, Cyber Security, NextGen IT, Emerging Technology, and Mission Operations & Enterprise Enablement services. We provide customer-centric services and focus resources to exceed expectations; and ensure our customers, employees, and other stakeholders are the focal point of all decisions and actions.

We are seeking a Corporate Administator to partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and leadership team to oversee Human Capital (HC) strategy, employee lifecycle management, and organizational compliance, while providing operational support across finance and government contracting environments. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who understands how people, processes, and compliance intersect in a growing GovCon organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Partnership & Organizational Support
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the CEO, providing perspective on human capital matters, organizational risk, and execution priorities.
  • Act as the primary internal point of coordination for corporate administrative activities that support leadership decision‑making.
  • Liaise with external partners (benefits brokers, CPA/tax advisors, insurance providers) to ensure timely and accurate communication.
Human Capital Management (Primary Focus)
  • Own day‑to‑day Human Capital operations, including workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and HC compliance.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes end‑to‑end, including offer documentation, benefits/payroll setup, terminations, COBRA coordination, and asset recovery.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment:
  • Partner with brokers on plan evaluation
  • Prepare recommendations for leadership
  • Manage Employee Navigator configuration, testing, and employee communications
  • Maintain HC policies, procedures, and employee handbook aligned with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Support employee relations matters with sound judgment, documentation, and appropriate escalation.
  • Ensure personnel records are accurate, confidential, and audit‑ready.
Human Capital Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit workforce compliance reports (EEO‑1, VETS‑4212).
  • Develop and maintain Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) documentation and supporting data.
  • Support ISO audits and other compliance initiatives by maintaining required documentation.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements in partnership with leadership.
Finance & Corporate Operations Support (Oversight Focus)
  • Oversee payroll controls by reviewing payroll outputs for accuracy prior to approval; coordinate payroll funding timing.
  • Provide oversight and coordination (not daily processing) of AP/AR activities handled by support staff or external providers.
  • Coordinate business insurance renewals, endorsements, licenses, and required filings.
  • Serve as internal liaison to external CPA and tax advisors by gathering documentation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow‑through.
Government Contracting & Business Support
  • Support HC‑related compliance requirements within government contracting environments.
  • Assist with contract reporting activities (e.g., manpower reporting, GSA IFF) in coordination with finance and contracts staff.
  • Provide proposal support from a human capital and compliance perspective (labor categories, reps & certs, staffing requirements).
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Capital leadership, ideally within GovCon or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience owning:
    • Employee lifecycle management
    • Benefits administration and open enrollment
    • HC compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and financial controls (from an oversight perspective).
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and handling sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and scheduling systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting government contracting environments.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) from an oversight, not bookkeeping, perspective.
  • Experience operating in small‑to‑mid sized, high‑growth organizations.
