PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Requires standing and walking and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending, and reaching with hands and arms.  Requires frequent lifting and moving of light items, up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds.  May be required to stand for entire shift.

MENTAL DEMANDS:

Requires energetic, team-oriented individual with a positive “can-do” attitude and an ability to understand, accept and work with people who have disabilities and/or other barriers to employment. 

MACHINES/EQUIPMENT:

Must be able to use computer keyboard and touchscreen.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Mix of donation, production, and retail environments.  Usually fast-paced.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and values that reflect the organization’s mission and values.  Maintain professional standards of performance, demeanor, and appearance at all times.  Must be 16 years of age or older.  Must be willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends.  Must pass a background check.
