Job Description

Pay Range: Targeted salary $54,000 - $60,500 annually, based on experience


Benefits Eligible: Yes


Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., may include some weekends


Travel: May be required






Position Introduction:


Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The Manager is responsible for the supervision, evaluation and training of staff working with foster and adoptive families, as well as the OKDHS Child Welfare Program through the Center for Public Management Child Welfare Foster Care and Adoption Support Center. Required Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 48 months of program development, program management or related experience. 


Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.


Required Certifications and Licenses:



  • Valid Driver's License.
