Job Description:

SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, performs and documents production functions relating to fabrication, modification and assembly of components or finish medical devices.

Shift: Diurno 4x3 Miércoles a Sábado 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs and documents operations in the production process.

  • Performs process/product tests and audits for conformity to quality and/or regulatory requirements.

  • When applicable, follows standard operating procedures for all tasks. Maintains clean and orderly work area.

  • Has completed all appropriate safety and environmental hazard training.

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

  • Responsible for Epicor transactions between warehouses and the production floor and revise documentation regarding material receipts and the corresponding Epicor transactions.

  • Collaborate with Quality system.

Supervision:

General supervision: routine duties are performed with minimal supervision; standard practices or procedures allow proceeding alone at routine work; occasional check of work while in progress; work is reviewed upon completion.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school degree.

  • 2 years of related experience in Confluent.

  • Must not have received any disciplinary actions within the past 6 months.

  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation associated with specific discipline.

  • Must be able to successfully complete company/department training courses in manufacturing techniques.

  • Ability to learn regulatory (GMP) requirements.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
