About Us:

Bernick’s is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising the flow of assigned goods in and out of inventory. Plan, organize, direct, control, and help manage the ongoing inventory needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and service levels
• Make data-driven replenishment decisions based on historical trends, lead times, and seasonality
• Lead and execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts with a focus on accuracy
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to manage inventory flow and support forecasting through SKU performance analysis
• Coordinate Direct-to-Trade activities, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and intercompany transfers
• Identify and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in inventory management and/or distribution environments
• At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office; experience with inventory management systems or related software preferred
• Proven ability to influence and work cross-functionally with sales, office, and operations teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Base Compensation:

$50k-$55k

Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):

Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
