Job Description

DUTIES:

  • Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices.
  • Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges.
  • Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc.
  • Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statements for the vault.
  • Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone.
  • Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting table, being a team player.
  • Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services.
  • Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS.
  • Report and document all unusual occurrences.
  • Able to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Attends all mandatory trainings.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts, including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
  • Attendance at all trainings and opportunities offered such as: CPR/First Aid, ServSafe are both mandatory.
  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and culturally diverse environment.
  • Must be able to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to lift, up to 25lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to work in a secondhand smoke environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
