Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal staffing is maintained across all campus residences under the general supervision of the Residential Director.
- Monitor and support the implementation of program activities and agency procedures in all residential units.
- Serve as the campus liaison during incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations, providing guidance, oversight, and support to both students and staff.
- Take initial leadership in managing all incident-related activities and ensure timely communication and documentation.
- Oversee safety standards in alignment with SCO requirements, ensuring a secure and well-maintained environment.
- Assist in monitoring daily operations of the program to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs of all RTC units, remaining readily available to respond to emergencies or crises.
- Promote good housekeeping practices, maintain clean grounds, and ensure a safe living environment for residents.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of Child Care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant agency, state, and funding source regulations.
- Complete all required reports and documentation promptly and accurately.
- Model and promote responsible, ethical, and team-oriented staff behavior.
- Address and discourage negative behaviors or attitudes among staff and residents, reporting concerns immediately to the Residential Director and/or Program Director.
A valid NYS Driver’s License
