Buses and resets tables to ensure 2 minute table turns, interacts with customers in a friendly engaging manner, assists in maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant and ensures efficient table turns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Buses, sanitizes tables according to state standards, resets tables and ensures 2 minute table turns.
- Brings bus tubs to kitchen.
- Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
- Answers the phone, accepts and processes carry out order and relays orders to kitchen via the point—of—sale computerized register system.
- Observes customers, anticipates and responds to any additional needs/requests.
- Provides guest assistance as needed or observed.
- A participating member of the team by running food, pre-busing tables, seating customers, refilling beverages and cleaning as they go.

- Maintains the overall cleanliness of dining room and parking lot.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
