Software Engineer, Innovation Team

Seeking Software engineer with 1-2 years of experience developing full-stack applications with an emphasis on front-end development in React

  • Proficient in designing and creating Single-Page Applications in React
    • Experience working on a team to obtain and translate business requirements into application design
    • Familiarity with Figma or other design tools
    • Comfortable working with REST APIs
  • Proficient working with Version Control Systems and development operations workflows and management tools
    • Proficient with basic git commands and version management
    • Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing systems
    • Familiarity with Github actions
    • Comfortable with managing basic CI/CD including unit testing and linting
    • Working knowledge of docker and containerization
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and software development on Windows (WSL2, vscode, docker desktop, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MVC and building full-stack platforms
  • Any of these are a plus and will distinguish candidates from others:
    • Python and/or Django programming experience
    • Working with ORMs and data modeling
    • AWS and/or Azure cloud fundamentals certification(s)
    • Finance, Accounting, and/or FinTech experience

The salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
