Job Overview

As a Task Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and analyzing international proposals, ensuring they are comprehensive, compelling, and meet customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop proposal basis of estimates (BOEs) and ensure timely submission. Your expertise will be essential in driving proposal success and achieving business objectives in international markets.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Proposal Development and Management

  • Developing and managing international proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are submitted on time.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop proposal content, and ensure consistency across proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as international proposal requirements.

Data Analysis

  • Analyzing and summarizing data to inform proposal development and program execution, including:
    + Reviewing and interpreting customer feedback and market research.
    + Identifying trends and patterns in proposal data.
    + Developing data-driven insights to optimize proposal strategies.

Task Management and Action Tracking

  • Managing and tracking proposal-related tasks and activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed, and deadlines are met.
  • Providing regular proposal status updates and reports to stakeholders.
