Job Overview

As a Task Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and analyzing international proposals, ensuring they are comprehensive, compelling, and meet customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop proposal basis of estimates (BOEs) and ensure timely submission. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Proposal Development and Management

• Developing and managing international proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are submitted on time.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop proposal content, and ensure consistency across proposals.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as international proposal requirements.

Data Analysis

• Analyzing and summarizing data to inform proposal development and program execution, including:
  + Reviewing and interpreting customer feedback and market research.
  + Identifying trends and patterns in proposal data.
  + Developing data-driven insights to optimize proposal strategies.

Task Management and Action Tracking

• Managing and tracking proposal-related tasks and activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed, and deadlines are met.
• Providing regular proposal status updates and reports to stakeholders.
