At OptiSigns, we are looking for a QA - Software / Device Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and hardware solutions. This position will involve overseeing the QA processes for both software applications and hardware devices, ensuring that all products meet the high standards expected by our customers.
As part of the QA team, you will develop and implement testing strategies, manage the QA team, and collaborate closely with the development and product management teams to achieve quality excellence. You will also be responsible for defining quality metrics and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA strategies for software applications and hardware devices.
- Oversee the QA team's activities, ensuring effective testing processes are followed.
- Manage the testing lifecycle, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and quality issues.
- Establish quality metrics and reporting to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA.
- Conduct training and mentorship for QA team members.
