We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Waterblast & Vacuum Foreman to lead field crews in executing industrial cleaning projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with high-pressure water blasting and vacuum truck operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of waterblast and vacuum crews
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Operate and troubleshoot waterblast and vacuum equipment
• Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding job progress and requirements
• Maintain accurate records of job activities, equipment usage, and personnel
• Assist in planning and scheduling jobs, including mobilization and demobilization of equipment
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial cleaning, specifically waterblasting and vacuum truck operations
• Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and safety documentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and travel as needed
