Chapel Ridge of Martin is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Professional to work 10 hours per week (2 days) supporting our friendly, resident-focused community. This is an excellent role for someone looking to gain property management experience, earn commission bonuses, and work with a supportive team.

What You�ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Leasing experience preferred but not required
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality background a plus
• Professional communication & presentation
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Entrata and social media experience a plus
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Saturday availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer inquiries, and lead property tours
• Complete lease applications and collect deposits
• Maintain accurate leasing files and documentation
• Keep models and vacant units tour-ready
• Assist with resident inquiries in a professional manner
• Support online and local marketing efforts
• Adhere to Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
