•    Responsibilities:

–  Work closely with R&D engineers for patent mining.

–  Draft patent applications, solicit disclosures of inventions and assist inventors in filing timely and accurate disclosures.

–  Conduct patent search and analysis, and do industry trend researches

–  Provide support in internal and cross-department projects

–  Conduct intellectual property training to Engineering personnel

•    Requirements:

–  Bachelor degree or above in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related Science and Technology or Engineering

–  Familiar with patent laws and practices in various jurisdictions including U.S., China and Taiwan

–  Good English communication ability with TOEIC score of 750 or above is required

–  Excellent learning skills and passions in technology and intellectual property

–  At least 3 year related experience in Patent application and management is preferred
