Job Description
The T-Drill Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining T-Drill equipment used to form branch connections in pipe and tubing. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and accurate operation of machinery to produce high-quality components according to customer specifications and company quality standards. The operator will monitor production, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Experience operating tube processing, drilling, or forming equipment strongly preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure, gauges).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
